Steve Kentish and Henry Crame are planning a ski trip to Greenland.
In April 2028 we plan for a small team to head to the Stauning Alps, a rugged range in Northeast Greenland, with significant sized glaciers and granite features. The range has been rarely visited by previous expeditions largely due to its remoteness. Support is limited with the nearest location at Constable Point. The team will be self-sufficient, taking all supplies for ~4 weeks, using skis and hauling pulks. We will set up a tented base camp to explore ski lines and peaks, many which will not have been ascended before. Base camp can be moved to access alternative areas in one of the least-travelled corners of the Arctic.
